How is our pasta described?
Genuine as home. It is like a kind of magic box, which, when opened, releases emotions, memories and flavors from childhood. In our preparation we put not only passion, but also our family traditions. We want the product, that our customers reach every day, to be the highest quality. We care about it at every stage of its production.
We give you pasta as you like. Same as we have at family dinner. Everything to bring back the old flavors of childhood and save them from forgetting.
Quality and safety of our products
For the production of pasta we use the highest quality wheat flour, semolina and eggs. We have been supplying raw materials from trusted suppliers from Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. The quality of the products is ensured by our factory laboratory which has been in operation for 15 years.
Our specialists examine microbiological characteristics (bacteria) and physico-chemical (fat, moisture) of finished products and intermediates that we use for the production of pasta. Because we have our own water intake (deep well), we are under the special supervision of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, which cares about its quality. Additionally, we conduct water tests once a week to ensure that it is of the highest quality.
Repeatedly checked quality
Pasta production is also subjected to microbiological tests and control of eggs contained in it in the form of fat and moisture. Also checked organoleptic qualities of pasta before and after cooking i.e. taste, smell, consistency and color. Only after all these tests can the product be put on sale.
Action based on the FIFO principle
We are based on international food safety standards. During production and storage, our employees follow the FIFO principle, First-In-First-Out. It is the rule that the longest goods stored in a warehouse are issued first. This allows the pasta to be delivered with a long shelf-life, made from fresh semen. In addition, each product passes through a detector that detects metal, which eliminates the danger of metallic contamination.
