Pasta with fibre
Oat fiber pasta is made from semolina (durum wheat porridge) and 9% oat fiber added.
In addition to the innovative composition, pasta with fiber has a different shape than the traditional – try Cannelloni, Lasagne or stuff it with Shells!
Fiber pasta - properties
Fiber has a positive effect on the proper functioning of the entire human body. The beneficial effect of oat fiber on the body is related to the presence in its composition of the so-called beta-glucans, i.e. fractions insoluble in water. Oat fiber improves metabolism, supports the slimming process, absorbs water, swells, fills the stomach and reduces the feeling of hunger. It helps with constipation, diarrhea and cleansing the body of toxins and heavy metals. It reduces the risk of developing cancer of the digestive organs, increases the body’s immunity, and supports the treatment of digestive system diseases.
